Doom buildup is either time based, boostable by passives, or locked to 1sec for max doom by doomsday, and afaik doom builds up on all active curses at the same time. Forbidden Shako might be hudge and needs testing. Yesterday worked as intended, today Impending Doom doesn't proc on the same build. The difficulty of the build – is 3/5, so just about moderate. Lastly you can swap the gem order of the curses in your Vixen's for more damage - right now Punishment is the "extra" curse which is getting overwritten to trigger Impending Doom so its effect is not applying.
